Alegria Hills: The 360° View

March 2013, CdoSocial, along with other CDO Bloggers, was invited to an exclusive tour of Alegria Hills, Ayalaland Premier's first development here in Mindanao. The name is from the Spanish "alegria" which means joy.

The Cost of Joy doesn't come cheap, but for all it's worth, happiness has never been cheap! Lots average Php3,000,000, ranging from Php7,000-8,000/sq meter. But money doesn't seem to be the problem for Kagayanons because only seven lots were unsold during our visit (again, March 2013).

Here are some of the pictures of Alegria Hills' model house! I heard they're demolishing this soon. What a pity! Anyway, the general theme that homeowners follow is Tropical Organic

The Clubhouse has a ballroom for events hosted by homeowners. Unlike the Xavier Estates Club House, only homeowners and their guest are allowed to use their facilities. Even while we were there, we were advised to tone it down and the guards constantly checked in on us. They were obviously doing their jobs in keeping us from causing havoc (WELL, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!). It's service like this that make you want to buy your own lots here. No sarcasm, the security you get is well worth the price ($$$) you paid!

At the end of the day, I could only mesmer at the tranquil surroundings of Alegria Hills. A place like this is too unreal. Something from a dream. But hey, if your (literal) dreams end up a (literal) reality, then why not grab it?

Alegria Hills is quickly going viral among the high society of this city (or so I've heard). You can visit their booth at Centrio Mall for more information or their website.
